Job Description
PROFESSIONAL MAINTENANCE GROUP INC is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to manage financial processing and ensure seamless invoicing and billing operations. The ideal candidate will take charge of daily bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax record preparation for audits.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing accounts payable with accounting software
- Handling accounts for various vendors
- Analyzing workflow processes
- Building relationships with vendors
- Ensuring timely and accurate payment of bills and payroll
- Processing due invoices and reconciling accounts
