Job Description
We are looking to expand our company and we are hiring
We need you in our team, if you have these qualities please send us your resume
- Must be college graduate
- Must be very knowledgeable in using computer and smart phone. Applications like Word, Excel, Google Drive, Canva etc
- Having Real Estate knowledge is a PLUS but if not,
- Must be very willing to learn
- Must be easily reachable by phone or message
Key Responsibilty
- Posting of property listing in all social media platforms (FB, Marketplace, Viber Groups and Whatsapp and all other platforms necessary)
- Answering queries of clients
- Scheduling of property viewings
- Look for properties based on client requirements
- Coordinate and attend property viewings
- Manage schedules of main broker
Requirement
- Hybrid setup. Some days work from home, some days work on site (San Juan City Office)
- Must willing to work on Saturdays
- Must be willing to commute as required to meet clients for property viewings
- Must be willing to learn and willing to undergo training
