Job Description
Qualified candidate will be responsible on planning of architectural design and structure of new and existing Puregold Retail Store and ensuring its functionality. safety, economical, and suit to the needs of Store operation personnel. Work closely with the Project Contractors on site and oversee projects from beginning up to turnover of projects.
Major Responsibilities
- Preparing and presenting architectural retail store design proposals in consideration with the financial budgets and time deadlines.
- Produces detailed layout and drawings from which costing are made.
- Resolve issues and problems in terms of revising the design that might occur during construction and/or renovation of retail store building.
- Design overall aesthetic and look of retail store buildings and other structures.
- Facilitate designing, engineering, managing, supervising, and communicating with project contractors and others.
- Develops final construction plans that show the building’s appearance and details for its construction.
- Assist Senior Architects/Designers in preparing design presentation, drawings.
- Preparing plans, schedule, charts, graphs, and other exhibits following established office architectural detailing practices.
- Performs other functions assigned from time to time by immidiate superior.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture
- with PRC License
- Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
- Relevant work experience specially on commercial type of project is a plus
