Job Description
QB MACE CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION is urgently hiring an Admin Assistant. College graduate in accounting, finance, or administration, with or without experience. Must be proficient in MS Office and GSuite, perform filing, scanning, documentation, handle emails, calls, basic scheduling, and support purchasing (RFQs, canvassing, POs) and supplier follow-ups. Will liaise with suppliers, contractors, and project teams, support HR, accounting and operations, and maintain organized project records. Experience in government taxes or bookkeeping is an advantage. Able to multitask in a fast-paced office. Full-time; fresh graduates welcome. Pay from Php16,00/month. In-person interviews; must commute or relocate to Quezon City.
