Job Description
Quality Choices Corporation is seeking a dedicated Data Encoder to manage and ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions related to company expenses. You will assist in various clerical and administrative tasks and accurately input and organize data in our system.
Duties:
- Accurately encode information in the database.
- Verify data for discrepancies.
- Maintain and organize proper filing of documents.
- Assist with account queries.
- Ensure compliance in validating invoices.
- Process and verify invoices for payment.
Requirements: Graduate of any 4-year course, attention to detail, good typing skills.
Job Type: Full-time
