Quanta Paper Corporation is seeking a Mill Operations Manager to oversee and manage all mill operations, ensuring efficient production and adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities include developing production plans, optimizing machine efficiency, managing inventory, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will uphold safety protocols, implement cost reduction strategies, and mentor a skilled team.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and 5+ years of managerial experience in manufacturing, preferably in a paper mill.
