Job Description
As Service Delivery Lead you will ensure operational readiness of a new in-house team and uninterrupted service delivery. You will establish incident, request, and change support processes, create and validate OLAs with internal IT teams, and design an internal service model transitioning from vendor management. You will oversee ticketing, escalation paths, and service reporting, coordinate daily operations handover, ensure team readiness for cutover, and monitor hypercare performance and stabilization metrics. Requirements: Bachelor’s in IT, Management or related field; project management and ITIL certifications preferred; minimum 3 years as a Service Delivery Lead; must work full onsite in Cubao.
