Job Description
Questronix Corporation seeks a Transition Manager to ensure smooth, on-time, on-budget transitions from current operations and external vendors to internal teams. You will develop and execute end-to-end transition plans, timelines, milestones, and risk registers; coordinate technical and business teams; serve as the primary contact for transition issues; manage executive, stakeholder, and vendor communications; ensure contractual exit compliance; track progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions; manage cutover and hypercare; and validate full knowledge transfer. Requirements: Bachelor’s in IT, Management or related; project management and ITIL certifications preferred; minimum 3 years’ experience as a Transition Manager; must work full onsite in Cubao.
