Job Description
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Philippines to lead sales growth across the territory. You will develop and execute regional sales strategies, manage and coach a sales team, build relationships with key accounts, and achieve revenue targets. The role requires 5+ years of sales experience, a proven track record in the Philippines market, strong leadership, negotiation and analytical skills, and willingness to travel. Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field; fluency in English and Filipino preferred. We offer a competitive salary, commission structure and benefits.
