Job Description
Radix HR is hiring an Assistant Store Supervisor to manage store operations at SM/Robinsons Pampanga. You will ensure compliance, support sales and merchandising, lead and coach staff, manage customer experience, and handle administrative tasks including payroll and inventory. Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, at least 2 years’ supervisory retail/food experience preferred, strong leadership and communication skills, attention to detail, MS Office proficiency, and knowledge of local demographics. Full-time, in-person role with flexible duties and professional accountability.
