Job Description
Join the RASAY GROUP OF COMPANIES as a Human Resource Assistant. We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, HR-related courses, or Psychology. Ideal applicants should have basic knowledge of HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are required. This full-time position offers a monthly salary of Php13,00.00 – Php15,00.00 and includes a stable 8-hour shift with a 13th-month salary. Fluent English is preferred.
