Job Description
RC Ramos Construction Corporation is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Office QS Procurement. The successful applicant will be responsible for the following:
- Evaluation of Subcontractor Billing
- Negotiations and Contract Processing for Subcontractors
- Actual Inspection of Site Project Accomplishment
- Subcontractor Awarding
- Estimation and Quantity Survey based on Plan vs Actual
- Cost Determination
- Processing of Variation Orders
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month

Experience: Engineering: 1 year (Required)
Requirements
