Responsibilities include managing bookings and pricing, coordinating housekeeping and maintenance, supervising on-site teams and vendors, enforcing safety and regulatory compliance, and reporting performance metrics. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in hospitality or short-term rental management, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with PMS, channel managers, and dynamic pricing tools. This role requires attention to detail, a guest-first mindset, and the ability to improve processes to maximize occupancy and profitability.
