Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sauce production, including preparation, portioning, and proper storage
• Perform seafood preparation such as cleaning, deboning, trimming, and portioning
• Handle meat preparation, including cutting, marinating, and proper storage following food safety standards
• Assist in vegetarian food preparation, including vegetable cutting, ingredient prep, and basic cooking
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations and equipment
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times
• Assist cooks and chefs during service hours as needed
• Properly label, store, and rotate ingredients following FIFO procedures
• Assist in receiving and checking kitchen supplies and deliveries
• Perform other kitchen-related tasks as assigned by the Head Cook or Chef

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience as a Kitchen Helper or similar role is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of sauce production, seafood, meat, and vegetarian food preparation
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to follow recipes and kitchen instructions accurately
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred (Optional):

• Experience in commercial or restaurant kitchens
• Knowledge of proper knife handling and food preparation techniques

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php695.00 per day
