Job Description
Join RELX Reed Elsevier Philippines as a Sourcing Specialist! This role focuses on attracting top talent through the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, recruitment, and generating leads. You’ll also assist with phone screenings, job fairs, reporting, data analytics, and other tasks assigned by the Sourcing Supervisor.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, strong English communication skills, and the ability to engage with various levels of leadership. Fresh graduates with a background in Recruitment from a BPO or Shared Services are encouraged to apply. Flexibility for work hours and a willingness to work in a hybrid setup in Quezon City is required.
