Job Description
Remarkablism Services Corp. seeks a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide after-hours support to US merchants. Responsibilities include building terminal files and gateways, pulling reports, and assisting with follow-up calls. Candidates should have 1+ year BPO customer service experience, strong conversational English, basic technical troubleshooting skills, and proficiency in MS Excel and Word. Must be willing to relocate to Davao, work onsite nights and rotating shifts. Salary Php35,00–45,00/month; benefits include health insurance, company events, and promotion opportunities.
