Job Description
Onsite at Fortune Square (Brgy. Baliti) and Capital Town, San Fernando, Pampanga. Shift: 5-day week, 10:00pm–7:00am PHT. Competitive salary, P5,00 perfect attendance bonus, HMO (2 dependents), P1,500 rice allowance, night differential. Duties: install/configure hardware, software, networks, printers; monitor systems; provide technical support (onsite/phone); create user accounts; repair equipment; test new tech. Req: BSIT/BSCS/Computer Eng, 2+ years BPO IT support, onsite availability, flexible shifts, strong English, basic networking. Preferred: Azure AD/Intune, Fortinet/MikroTik, Ubuntu, AWS/Azure. Full-time, permanent, paid training, staff meals, parking.
