Job Title: Electrician / Aircon Technician
Location: Renaissance 100, Meralco Ave, Pasig City

About the Role:
Renaissance Towers 100 Condominium Corporation is looking for a skilled and reliable Electrician / Aircon Technician to join our property management team. The role involves performing electrical and air-conditioning maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair works to ensure the building’s systems and facilities operate efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform installation, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical wiring, lighting, outlets, and fixtures within the condominium premises.
· Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs of air-conditioning and ventilation systems.
· Monitor the operation of electrical and HVAC equipment to ensure efficiency and safety.
· Assist in maintaining building facilities, common areas, and equipment as part of the engineering team.
· Support the Building Engineer in carrying out electrical and mechanical maintenance programs.
· Respond promptly to maintenance requests and service calls from residents and management.
· Ensure compliance with safety procedures, electrical codes, and building regulations.
· Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and service reports.
Qualifications:
· Vocational or technical diploma in Electrical Technology, Air-conditioning and Refrigeration, or a related field.
· With at least 2–3 years of experience as an electrician, preferably with background in air-conditioning systems.
· Knowledgeable in basic electrical troubleshooting, HVAC systems, and preventive maintenance.
· TESDA certification or equivalent technical training preferred.
· Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
· Preferably with experience in property management or building maintenance.
