The Role

As our Full Funnel Content Creator, you are the bridge between our products and our community. You’ll own the creative lifecycle—from the first spark of an idea to the final edit. This is a role for someone who understands that a great piece of content should both look beautiful and drive action.

What You’ll Own

A. Content Production (The Craft)

• Short-Form Mastery: Concept, shoot, and edit publish-ready TikToks and IG Reels that feel native but premium.
• Visual Design: Create IG carousels, campaign visuals, and product showcases that stop the scroll.
• The Voice: Write and design newsletters that reflect RF’s brand tone and keep our community engaged.
• Art Direction: Lead the visual direction for photoshoots, ensuring every frame matches the campaign brief.

B. Brand Consistency (The Standard)

• Storytelling: Maintain a cohesive narrative across all platforms so RF always looks and feels like RF.
• Quality Control: Review and polish KOL (influencer) submissions to ensure they meet our brand guidelines.
• Creative Assets: Produce the visual “world” for new product launches and seasonal campaigns.

C. Performance & Iteration (The Growth)

• Collaborative Testing: Partner with our Performance Marketer to develop and test new ad creatives.
• Data-Driven Art: Use performance insights to pivot. If a specific format works, you’ll figure out how to scale it.
• Full-Funnel Thinking: Adapt your style for different audiences—whether they are discovering us for the first time or are long-term fans.

D. Asset Management (The Engine)

• Organization: Keep our creative library tidy and accessible so the team can move efficiently.
• System Building: Maintain templates and B-roll folders to support high-volume output without losing quality.
