Job Description
As a Purchasing Assistant at RePhil Station Inc, you will monitor stock levels to identify purchasing needs, research and evaluate potential vendors, and track orders to ensure timely delivery. You will update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts), conduct market research on pricing trends, prepare cost analyses, and negotiate better offers. Maintain accurate records of invoices and contracts, follow up with suppliers to confirm or adjust orders, and liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent. Work Location: In person.
