Job Description
RePhil Station Inc seeks an Area Supervisor responsible for achieving station sales targets and maintaining product and service standards. You will initiate sales projects, supervise and train direct reports, enforce employee discipline and company policies, review performance and identify development needs. Ensure security measures are implemented, that security staff are equipped, monitored and that any substandard performance is addressed. Handle customer service and pilferage issues, model excellent customer care, and promptly resolve customer inquiries, feedback and complaints. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Work Location: In person.
