Job Description
Rising Tide Digital Inc. seeks a Technical Recruiter (Hybrid) to manage end-to-end IT recruitment: client calibration, sourcing, technical and functional assessments, phone and face-to-face interviews, offers, negotiation and onboarding. You will coordinate interview schedules, promote roles on LinkedIn and Facebook, build client relationships to grow business, handle feedback and contract extensions, and maintain strong candidate rapport and clear career insights. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology or equivalent, 3+ years of IT recruitment (local staffing/outsourcing preferred), and proven skills in sourcing, interviewing and job offers. Full-time, 3 days office / 2 days WFH; in-person presence as required. Salary Php35,00–40,00/month.
