Job Description
Join Robinsons Department Store as a Selling Supervisor overseeing daily operations, merchandising and inventory control. You will drive department sales to meet or exceed targets, respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints, and maintain deep product knowledge across brands, styles, materials and pricing. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2–3 years supervisory experience in a retail or service-oriented company, and availability for rotating shifts.
