Job Description
Robinsons Department Store seeks a full-time Selling Supervisor to lead floor operations and drive department sales. Responsibilities include understanding business trends and merchandise (brands, styles, sizes, materials, price points), meeting or exceeding sales targets, attending to customer inquiries and complaints for prompt resolution, and maintaining inventory and stock control. Qualifications: four-year degree or equivalent (Business Management preferred), 2–3 years supervisory experience in a retail or service-oriented company, and willingness to work shifting schedules.
