Job Description
Roshan Commercial Corporation — Spyder Philippines seeks an Executive Support Specialist to implement and manage growth projects, oversee team timelines and task completion, schedule meetings and record minutes, track deadlines, maintain smooth company-wide communication, and prepare essential documents and reports. Required: 2+ years as an Executive Assistant, strong administrative and project management experience, advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace skills, excellent organizational, communication and leadership abilities, multitasking in a dynamic onsite (Pasig) environment, and English fluency. Full-time, in-person role with benefits including health insurance, paid training, flextime, employee discount, on-site parking, company Christmas gift, and potential promotion to permanent employee.
