Job Description
RSD Human Resource Management Consultancy is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a team lead role with a strong background in People Management and excellent communication skills.
This is a full-time position with a competitive pay of up to Php 45,00.00 per month.
We are particularly looking for candidates who have:
- 2 years of experience as an Insurance Account Team Lead (required)
- Amenability to work on a shifting or graveyard shift
The position requires in-person attendance at our office.
