Job Description
Provide Mandarin and English customer support via phone, email, and chat: answer inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with orders, returns, and site navigation. Accurately record interactions in the CRM, collaborate with teams to resolve or escalate complex cases, and suggest process improvements. Requirements: fluent Mandarin and English (spoken and written); customer service or call-center experience preferred; excellent communication, interpersonal, multitasking, CRM proficiency, problem-solving skills, and availability for shift work. Education: high school diploma or equivalent; related certifications a plus. Full-time, in-person role. Pay up to Php70,00/month.
