Job Description
RSD is hiring a Cantonese Bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide in-person support. You will communicate with customers in Cantonese and English via phone, email, and chat; provide accurate product and policy information; assist with orders and returns; record interactions in the CRM; and coordinate with teams to resolve issues. Requirements: fluency in Cantonese and English, customer service experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, multitasking ability, CRM proficiency, and flexibility to work shifts. Education: high school diploma or equivalent. Job Type: Full-time. Salary: up to Php70,00 per month. Work Location: In person.
