Job Description
RSD seeks an in-person, full-time Korean Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to handle phone, email, and chat in Korean and English. Provide accurate product/policy info, assist with orders and returns, document interactions in CRM, support escalations, and improve processes. Requirements: fluency in Korean and English, excellent communication, customer focus, multitasking, CRM proficiency, problem-solving, and flexible shifts (including evenings, weekends, holidays). Preferred: call center experience. Education: high school diploma or equivalent; certifications a plus. Compensation: up to Php70,00/month.
