Job Description
RUSHTEK ENTERPRISE in Dasmarinas, Cavite seeks a full-time Sales & Marketing Manager to lead sales operations, develop strategies, train the team, set targets, manage key accounts, plan campaigns, analyze market trends, and prepare forecasts. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing, minimum 2 years’ sales/marketing experience with leadership, strong communication, negotiation and strategic thinking, and willingness to do fieldwork. Offer: competitive salary from Php25,00/month plus commissions, paid training, transportation service and career growth. Start date: 01/02/2026. Work location: In person.
