Job Description
As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) – Scaled, you will manage a portfolio of 100+ customers, ensuring their success with SafetyCulture. Your focus will be on customer retention, adoption, and growth through data-driven insights and scalable engagement strategies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years of professional experience
- 2-3 years in a Customer Success role (preferred in SaaS)
- Experience managing large customer portfolios
- Proficiency in Customer Success tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Support for US-based customers
