Job Description
Sales Rain is seeking a dedicated Quality Analyst to join our team! The successful candidate will perform call quality monitoring of client servicing calls and collaborate with our US-based team on collection call procedures.
Qualifications include international call monitoring experience, keen attention to detail, and strong communication skills. A minimum of 1-year BPO experience in call quality monitoring is required. Must be willing to work night shifts onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month.
