Job Description
We are looking for an HR Assistant to provide comprehensive support in recruitment, hiring, and performance management, ensuring the development of our employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and monitoring employee performance against KPIs.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers, providing feedback, and offering guidance for performance improvement.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or equivalent, at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and integrity.
