Job Description
As Shift Manager at Samgyupsalamat you will oversee daily Korean BBQ operations, leading front-of-house, kitchen, and grill teams during assigned shifts. Responsibilities include staff supervision and scheduling, conducting briefings, delivering excellent guest service, resolving customer concerns, monitoring grilling stations and food-safety protocols for raw meats, ensuring equipment function, submitting end-of-shift reports, assisting inventory, and supervising cash/POS handling.
