Job Description
We are looking for a Remote Operations Team Member to manage our tour operations and ensure guests have exceptional experiences. This position is available in full-time (40 hours/week) and part-time (20 hours/week) roles, with the ability to work from home.
Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, supporting freelance tour guides, and managing customer issues. Proficiency in English and Spanish is essential, along with strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
