Job Description
Sanitary Care Products Asia, Inc. seeks an HR Officer to manage recruitment, third-party manpower providers, employee engagement, performance management, and support for compensation & benefits. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or equivalent required; 2+ years of HR experience preferred. Experience in talent acquisition, third-party management, or strategic compensation & benefits and familiarity with editing tools (Filmora, Adobe Premiere) are a plus. This full-time, on-site role is Monday–Saturday at Brgy. Dapdap, Mabalacat City, Pampanga. Salary Php20,00–30,00/month. Benefits include health & life insurance, paid training, staff meals, additional leave, company events, on-site parking, and employee discounts.
