Job Description
We are seeking a Key Account Specialist to manage and grow strategic client relationships, drive revenue from assigned accounts, and ensure exceptional service delivery. You will act as the primary contact for key customers, identify upsell opportunities, and coordinate internal teams to meet client needs and targets.
Minimum 3 years experience in B2B account management or sales, strong negotiation and communication skills, analytical mindset, and ability to build long-term partnerships. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel required.
