Job Description
We are mass hiring Airline Ticketing Agents (Non-Voice) across Metro Manila. One-day hiring; open to applicants with no BPO experience. Responsibilities: handle flight inquiries, reservations, modifications and cancellations, process payments and issue e-tickets, and provide travel policy support while ensuring accurate passenger information and quality service. Benefits include a ₱30,00 signing bonus, 13th & 14th month pay, salary up to ₱28,00 (higher with experience), HMO from Day 1 (up to 3 dependents), paid training, 30 paid leaves, allowances, performance bonus, weekends off, night differential, holiday/overtime pay, and potential hybrid/WFH after 1 year.
