Job Description
We are mass hiring Call Center Agents/Customer Service Representatives for social media accounts. ONE-DAY hiring; no BPO experience required. Responsibilities: develop and implement social media strategies; manage Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora; coordinate with marketing and operations; resolve escalations; monitor and report performance. Benefits include Php30,00 signing bonus, up to Php28,00 salary (higher with experience), HMO on Day 1 (up to 3 dependents), paid training, 30 paid leaves, allowances, performance bonus, weekends off, holiday/overtime pay, 20% night differential, flexible shifts, fast-track growth, and free office coffee.
