Job Description
Sapient BPO – SGS Hub is hiring Content Moderators in Metro Manila. ONE-DAY hiring; no BPO experience required. Responsibilities: identify and escalate policy-violating content, explain moderation decisions to users, document incidents, and review moderation effectiveness. Benefits: Php30,00 signing bonus, salary up to Php28,00 (higher with experience), HMO from day one (up to 3 dependents), paid training, 30 paid leaves, performance bonuses, weekends off, holiday/overtime pay, 20% night differential, flexible shifts, fast-track career growth. Full-time, permanent, on-site.
