Job Description
We are mass hiring Call Center Agents/Customer Service Representatives for in-person roles across Metro Manila. ONE-DAY hiring process; no BPO experience required. Responsibilities: provide clear information on healthcare services, insurance, billing and appointments; resolve customer complaints and claims; accurately enter/update patient records; communicate policy or plan changes.
