Job Description
We are excited to announce a one-day hiring process for Call Center Agents at Sapient Call Center Hub! Earn up to $28,00 monthly as we mass hire for our Metro sites.
Position Overview: Handle inbound and outbound calls related to ticket sales, reservations, cancellations, and customer inquiries.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with account-related questions.
- Resolve issues effectively.
- Report recurring issues and recommend enhancements.
Benefits: Salary up to $28k, $30k sign-on bonus, flexible shifts available.
Requirements
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
