Job Description
Sapient Careers MNL is urgently hiring Entry-Level Back Office Associates for our onsite Metro Manila non-voice account. You will resolve customer inquiries, update and maintain accurate records, escalate issues when needed, and follow company policies while contributing to a positive team environment. We offer fixed weekends off, a competitive salary (Php17,00–25,00), monthly commissions, HMO with two dependents from day one, paid leaves, government-mandated benefits including 13th-month pay, retirement/life insurance for qualified staff, incentives, signing bonuses, free coffee and biscuits, paid training, and fast-track career growth. Full-time, permanent positions open to fresh graduates. Onsite work only.
