Job Description
We are urgently hiring multiple onsite Call Center Agents at our Metro Manila offices. As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative you will resolve customer inquiries, update records, escalate issues when necessary, and stay informed on company policies while contributing to a collaborative team. Full-time, permanent roles ideal for fresh graduates. Compensation Php17,00–25,00/month with monthly commissions. Benefits include fixed weekends off, HMO with two dependents from day one, paid leaves, OT & holiday pay, 13th-month pay, retirement/life insurance, signing bonuses, incentives, free coffee and biscuits, and fast-track career growth.
