Job Description
Join Sapient Global’s mass hiring for Content Moderation Account Specialists across Metro Manila. ONE-DAY HIRING PROCESS; no BPO experience required. You will identify and escalate policy-violating content, explain moderation decisions constructively, document incidents, and help improve moderation processes and tools. We offer a Php30,00 signing bonus, up to Php28,00 monthly (higher with experience), HMO from day one (up to 3 dependents), paid training, 13th/14th month pay, 30 paid leaves, paid overtime, weekends off, 20% night differential, flexible shifts, fast-track career growth, and free coffee. Positions are full-time, permanent, on-site in Metro Manila. Work-life balance and supportive teams provided.
