Job Description
We are mass hiring E-commerce Account Agents (Call Center/Customer Service) across Metro Manila. ONE-DAY HIRING PROCESS; open to applicants with no BPO experience. Responsibilities: identify and escalate policy-violating content, explain moderation decisions constructively, document incidents, and review moderation processes. Compensation & perks: ₱30,00 signing bonus, salary up to ₱28,00 (higher with experience), 13th/14th month pay, HMO on day 1 (up to 3 dependents), paid training, 30 paid leaves, allowances, performance bonuses, weekends off, holiday & OT pay, 20% night differential, potential hybrid/WFH after 1 year.
