Job Description
Mass hiring in Metro Manila. One-day hiring; open to applicants with no BPO experience. Handle customer calls on tickets, bookings and cancellations; assist with online ticketing platform and technical issues; escalate complex cases; protect customer data. Benefits: ₱30,00 signing bonus, up to ₱28,00 salary, 13th & 14th month pay, HMO from day 1 (up to 3 dependents), paid training, 30 leaves, allowances, bonuses, weekends off, holiday/OT pay, 20% night diff., possible hybrid/WFH after 1 year. Full-time, permanent, in person. Urgent hire.
