Job Description
We are urgently hiring Chat Support Specialists for onsite Metro Manila operations. You will resolve customer inquiries via chat, update records, escalate issues, and stay current with policies while contributing to a positive team environment. Full-time permanent positions are open to fresh graduates. Competitive salary Php17,00–25,00 monthly plus monthly commissions, incentives, signing bonuses, fixed weekends off, paid leaves, OT and holiday pay, HMO with two dependents from day one, government-mandated benefits, 13th-month pay, retirement/life insurance for qualified staff, free coffee and biscuits, and fast-track career growth for top performers. Requirements
