Job Description
One-day hiring; earn up to Php28,00 monthly. Sapient Services Hub is mass hiring Chat Support Representatives in Metro sites. You will handle multiple customer inquiries via online chat, provide accurate and timely responses, escalate unresolved issues, maintain product and policy knowledge, and participate in training and team meetings to ensure excellent customer experience. Full-time, in-person role with flexible shifts (day/mid/night). Salary Php18,00–Php28,00/month with benefits: HMO (2 dependents from Day One), paid training, incentives, signing bonuses, retirement insurance, free coffee, parking, and rapid career growth for top performers.
