Job Description
Sapient Solution NCR is urgently hiring Entry-Level Non-Voice Chat Support Agents for onsite roles in Metro Manila. You will resolve customer inquiries via chat, update and maintain accurate records, escalate issues when needed, and stay current on company policies. We offer fixed weekends off, competitive pay (Php17,00–25,00), monthly commissions, HMO with two dependents from day one, paid leaves, government benefits including 13th-month pay, retirement/life insurance for qualified staff, free office refreshments, fast-track career growth, incentives and signing bonuses. This full-time, permanent position welcomes fresh graduates and includes paid training. Onsite work only.
